My Policies and Ethics for Services

All readings and services are non-refundable.

Tarot and psychic readings, as well as metaphysical workings, are all classed as entertainment only under UK law. Despite my belief and love for what I do, all services are to be classed as entertainment only.

I do understand and honour the importance of what I do, and how it can impact someone. However, please be aware that you are responsible for how you receive a reading and act upon it. Not me. We all have free will, and I strongly advise against making any major decisions based on a psychic reading or metaphysical work.

Reading Etiquette 

Regardless of the reading you purchase from me, I always answer honestly. I am not heartless, and I am certainly not here to purposely cause any issues. However, it is again your responsibility how you react to a reading.

Please be aware, I am human. I accept that mistakes can be made. However, some people seek confirmation bias when it comes to the readings. I do not feed into this. I do not change readings to give the answers you want to hear.

I will not tolerate any abuse toward me. I will also not provide any refunds because I didn’t say what you wanted me to in a reading.

Services rendered are services rendered. I work hard at what I do and put time and energy into it.

What I will and will not read on 

I will not read on any legal matters, physical health matters, or pregnancy questions – under any circumstance.

There may be occasions, on a case-by-case basis, where I don’t feel right reading on something. If that is the case, this is the only occasion I will refund you and decline the reading.

Other than this, I am open to readings, and I am happy to discuss anything beforehand if you need to.

Spellwork Terms 

Before any spell, we must have a consultation. This is included in the ‘custom spell work’ price. The consultation is for 30 minutes via Zoom.

If the spell is suitable for you and your situation, I will perform it. I will inform you as to when it will be done. The spell will be filmed, and the video sent to you.

The results may vary depending on you and the spell. This will all be discussed in the consultation beforehand.

Spells I Will Not Do 

Love spells that involve manipulating another person’s free will. These spells rarely, truly, work. They usually end up in intense infatuation. And besides…I highly doubt you would like someone to manipulate your free will if the shoe were on the other foot.

Unjustified baneful workings. Any potential baneful effects will be assessed during the consultation.

Essentially, I will never manipulate another person’s will for selfish reasons. That is something I know my guides and Hecate would not allow me to do, even if I wanted.
